Hassle Free Returns and Refunds


If you have any problems with your order or are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by email or by contacting us at +44 (0)207-313-2375
within 30 days of receipt of your order to resolve any issues.

If the item is authorized for return you will be required to organise and pay for the return of the goods to timebombco.com as directed in Return Procedure, below. Generally, for reasons of hygiene, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on opened product.

Any refunds will be placed on the original card or paypal account used for the purchase, if applicable. Please allow up to 7 days for receipt of refunds.

This does not effect your statutory rights, including any rights you may have under the European Union’s Distance Selling Regulations.

Please include the following information:
 Your Name
 Your Address
 Your Order Number (from invoice)

2. Returns should be mailed to:

3. The original receipt, invoice or proof of purchase must be returned. We will not proceed without this.

4. Once the returned goods have been received and verified, your account will be credited, refund issued, or exchange made, as applicable.

It is recommended you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.

Damaged Items

Please check your order when it arrives and in the event of any damage, please contact us within 48 hours by phone at +44 (0)207-313-2375 or email
at cs@timebombco.com. Include order number and your name, address, email and/or phone number for contact.

Cancellation Rights
Under the European Union’s Distance Selling Regulations you may have the right to cancel your order upon notice to us within 7 working days. No reason for
cancellation is required and the 7 days start from the date you receive the product(s). You will receive a full refund. You are required to return the products
to us at your cost and to exercise reasonable care in regard to those products.
